FIRST 5 funded partners further the vision, mission and goals as set forth by the Commission’s Strategic Plan 2006-2011.

Under the Community Investment Strategy, FIRST 5 funded partners provide programs and services that promote the healthy development of children prenatal through age 5 and enrich the lives of their families and communities throughout the County and within nine targeted community partnerships that make up Santa Clara County.
