Purpose of Training:
• To address the science behind obesity and provide a science-based foundation for understanding the complex issues of childhood obesity.
• To give attendees practical tools to implement at their work sites.
Presentations will place emphasis on cultural issues to acknowledge the diverse population of children and youth in the Bay Area. Obesity will be examined from a clinical and public health perspective. Exhibiters will showcase their work related to obesity, services and tools.

The long-lasting, and sometimes life-altering, impact of these early experiences has yet to receive the attention it deserves.

Each bin contains a collection of 22 different materials you can get from a local variety store and a booklet with individual idea sheets to make adaptations.
