Meeting Description:
Douglas Quiett, LCSW, will provide cultural awareness and sensitivity training to ensure FIRST 5 System of Care delivers culturally proficient services. Participants must attend BOTH DAYS of training.

Target Audience:
All FIRST 5 funded partners and FIRST 5 staff who have not had this training in the past or who would like a refresher

For families with children under the age of 6. (English Speakers)

Parents will have an opportunity to learn:

• age appropriate discipline strategies
• how to interpret and manage their child's behaviors and emotions
• how to build a stronger bond with their child and enjoy their time together

This will be an evening of discussion, group activities, and free prizes.

Childcare and refreshments will be provided.
