The First 5 California Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 provides a summary of the many ways First 5 serves the state’s youngest children and their families. First 5 California and its 58 county partners are passionate about nurturing and protecting the health and education of our children. We have successfully raised awareness in our communities through direct services that improve the lives of families and children in meaningful ways. The annual report is a compilation of the information collected statewide and tells the story of our success.
